Topic:Why is the sky blue?
Light travels from the Sun to the Earth. Although the light seems to be white, it is actually a mixture of the rainbow colours: Red, Orange, yellow, green, blue, violet and purple.
As light moves through the air, the colours in it are scattered through the air. the colour blue is scattered the most. So, the sky appears blue.
